 Once your order has been prepared, gift wrapped and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us.

All deliveries need to be signed for so please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address. If you are not at home our courier will notify you and a redelivery will be attempted.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

All Get Enough Cashmere items are made to the highest quality however if you find an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory; you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Alternatively if you wish to exchange it for a more suitable size or colour we can also arrange this for you. We want you to enjoy your cashmere blanket for years to come. Cashmere is a natural product that requires some special care.

For the best care, we recommend washing delicate fabrics by hand and with a special detergent or baby shampoo and no softener. Although machine-washing at a low temperature (maximum 30º) is also possible.

After washing, it is important to always place the wool horizontally to avoid it stretching with its wet weight.

Store the blanket folded in a drawer or in a shelf. It will lose shape when you hang it on a hanger.
